Experience: 3 year to 4 years.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in the Pune location & achieve monthly revenue targets.
· Be responsible for end-to-end discussions with buyers and educate them about the company’s offerings on a daily basis.
· Responsible to Attend inquiries generated through the website and addressing needs & concerns to fulfill buyer’s expectations.
· Develop relationships with Top Selling developers Investors and End-customers.
· Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, and prices.
· Provide advisory/consultation to customers for purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
· Understand clients’ needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
· Fixing up Engagement Meetings with the Predetermined Leads. Showing, consulting, and selling by giving excellent personalized service to HNI customers.
· Converting prospects into buyers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects.
· Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
· Work closely with the internal CRM team to ensure hassle-free after-sales service.
· Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate

· Candidates should be aggressive in Sales & Marketing.
· Communication skills should be good.
· Must be presentable.
· Must have excellent knowledge & experience in the Sales profile.
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients & customers.
· Excellent in Customer Relationship & Customer Service.
· Should have a positive attitude & should be confident to accept new challenges.
· Should have a focused mindset for Hardcore sales profile.
